How do I cancel an order?
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. To initiate the cancellation process, please send an email to sam@rangersremorphed.com with your order details. Please note that cancellations made after 24 hours will not be processed.

How long does it take to process an order?

- Figures: Approximately 1 month
- Cosplay Weapons & Helmets: Approximately 4 months
